Each TFIT watch is made to order. Production typically takes 30-60 days, depending on the demand for the dials, followed by quality inspection and packaging. Domestic deliveries arrive via courier within 3–5 business days, while international shipping may take up to an additional week.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and secure Stripe payments. Payment can be made in full or via deposit upon reservation, with the balance due prior to delivery.

Terms & Conditions
Reservation Fee
A reservation fee is required to initiate the creation of your TFIT timepiece. This fee confirms your place in our production schedule and is non-refundable, as it covers the initial design and preparation process. Upon receipt of your reservation, our concierge team will contact you to confirm details and guide you through your customisation options.
Payment Schedule
Following your reservation, a detailed payment schedule will be provided.
Pay a 30% deposit upon reservation with the balance due prior to completion and delivery of the timepiece. All payments must be finalised before shipment or collection.
Price
All prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. TFIT reserves the right to adjust pricing in response to changes in material costs, exchange rates, or other factors beyond our control. Prices at the time of reservation will be honoured once the order is confirmed in writing.
Production Time
Each TFIT watch is individually crafted upon order. The standard production time is approximately 30-60 days, excluding custom design variations. Clients will be notified if additional time is required due to complex specifications or supply conditions. Quality inspection is conducted before every delivery to ensure perfection.
Shipping
All TFIT timepieces are shipped via insured courier with full tracking provided.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic (Australia): 3–5 business days after completion
International: Up to an additional 7–10 business days
Shipping fees and import duties (where applicable) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated. TFIT will not be held liable for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
